Contact us via our portal, email, or phone. We will briefly discuss what brings you to therapy and verify your insurance or payment preferences.

Complete Intake

Once scheduled, you'll receive a link to our secure Client Portal. Please complete the intake forms and consent documents before your first session.

First Session

Your first session is an assessment. We'll get to know each other, gather your history, and collaboratively create goals for our time together.

Existing clients can schedule appointments, complete paperwork, and securely message their provider through TherapyPortal.com.

Insurance & Fees

We are currently in-network with several major insurance providers. Please contact us directly with your insurance information so we can verify your specific benefits and coverage prior to your first session.

We also accept self-pay clients and can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.

What to Expect

How long are sessions?

Standard individual and family sessions are typically 50-55 minutes long. The initial intake session may take slightly longer.

Do you offer Telehealth?

Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients residing in North Carolina who prefer the convenience of meeting from home.

Is therapy confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority. Information shared in therapy is legally and ethically protected, with only a few specific exceptions regarding safety that we will review together in our first session.
