Clinical Supervision

Guiding the next generation of mental health professionals. We provide rigorous, supportive supervision for pre-licensed clinicians.

Mentorship That Matters

The journey from graduation to full licensure is one of the most critical periods in a clinician's career. It requires more than just accumulating hours; it requires thoughtful mentorship, challenging clinical dialogue, and a safe space to explore the nuances of therapeutic work.

At Lee Consulting Group, our clinical supervision program is designed to foster both professional competence and personal growth. We focus on ethical decision-making, clinical skill development, case conceptualization, and navigating the administrative realities of the mental health field.
